Modern day ‘Romeo and Juliet’ during lockdown
Paola Agnelli and Michele D’alpaos fell in love across balconies during the strict lockdown in Italy, with people were unable to leave their homes. The couple started contacting each other using large pieces of card with messages. After the lockdown eased the couple were able to meet each other. They are now engaged to be married and have been compared to the modern day Romeo and Juliet.
‘strangers on a train’
Strangers on a train is an episode from series modern love and is based on a true story. Two strangers on a train from Galway to Dublin in March 2020 and decide to go old school and not to exchange numbers, but decide to meet back at the train station two weeks later, however in the mean time a global pandemic shut down all of Ireland meaning they are unable to meet

Marvin Gaye
Marvin Gaye was an American singer, songwriter and music producer.
Nicknames – ‘king of Motown’ and ‘ king of soul’.
He was known for releasing Motown styled music , this is a sophisticated strain of R&B and pop, including jazz, rhythm and the blues.
Popular during the 1960s.
He was born in 1939 and died in 1984 (after being shot by his father)
Tammi Terrell
Tammi Terrell was an American singer song writer.
She was well known for collaborating with Marvin Gaye.
She was also known for releasing Motown styled music.
And was also popular during the 1960s.
She was born in 1945 and died in 1970 (after being diagnosed with a brain tumor).

Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell collaborated in many hit song including your all I need to get by, aint no mountain high enough and aint nothing like the real thing.
Motown stars Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell then went on to create a Greatest Hits compilation album on the Tamla label.
The album is a collection of the duos recording material including aint no mountain high enough.
It was released 1970, shortly after the death of Tammi Terrell, who died age 24 due to a brain tumor.
‘Aint no mountain high enough’
The pop/soul song was written by Nickolas Ashford and Valerie Simpson in 1966 for the Tamla label.
Its first success was in 1967 when recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell and then again 1970 by Diana Ross.
The song features typical pop love song lyrics about loving someone using hyperbole and grand images.
The music helps lift the lyrics from the verse to the joyful chorus.
